Existing, post-operative patients
All post operative patients will have Dr Gray's mobile on the patient's discharge form.
Urgent private admissions
For fractures, peri-prosthetic fractures, infections) admissions are be arranged by talking first to the Nursing Manager of the hospital the patient prefers to be admitted (Buderim Private Hospital or Sunshine Coast University Private Hospital) to to ensure they have capacity. They will then give you Dr Gray's phone number.
Rural and remote patients
Dr Gray can facilitate assessment and treatment of rural and remote patients. First appointments need to be face-to-face.
If non-operative approach is recommended Dr Gray can support any allied health practitioners close to where they live or recommend on-line options.
Should they need surgery, we can't think of a better place to recover from surgery. We have excellent rehabilitation options combined with a beautiful outdoor environment to encourage you to walk.
Dr Gray has a network of allied health professionals that can provide on-line support if your patient doesn't already have a physiotherapist or other allied health profession. When appropriate, before and after surgery or for non-operative management he can provide tele-health follow-up.
