HOW TO BOOK
Many GPs digitally send your referral. We will then contact you by SMS or phone. If your concern is urgent or we don't reply within a few days, please ring the rooms to follow up.
We will need your email to send information through about your appointment and a new patient registration form. For data protection this is sent as a secure message and you will need to do this on a computer or iPad with your phone handy to input the secure code. If you are unable to do this, no worries. Just turn up 15 minutes early to your appointment.
To make an appointment, phone us on 07 5438 3500 or contact us by email. View our Contact page here.

what to expect at your consultation
We are an all abilities practice and welcome assistance animals, translators, support workers and family in consultations. We are aware that some patients need privacy in our waiting room due to being immunocompromised, media interest or victims of intimate partner violence. Please phone ahead if you would like us to accomodate this.
longer appointments
Dr Gray offers longer appointments for new patients. No one knows your body and lifestyle better than you. He combines this knowledge with the latest evidence and a meticulous approach to surgery or non-operative management. These decisions and conversations are not rushed.
shared decision making
Shared decisions making is a more modern way of making treatment decisions. Recommendations for treatment are made together with you, your team & surgeon; each bringing their expertise. This is called shared decision making and is now considered the backbone of best decisions for you and your loved ones. In our practice you are empowered to ask questions to understand your condition and treatment options. These will be answered with honesty and integrity.
excellence in treatment
We offer excellence in the treatment of hip and knee conditions and management of sports injuries for elite athletes and sports enthusiasts. We promise integrity when making decisions with you about surgical or non-surgical management and we value long term outcomes, not just meeting short term goals.
